Professional accountants must engage in and document appropriate continuing professional development that builds and maintains the professionalism required to execute their position, according to the International Federation of Accountants’ (IFAC) International Education Standard (IES) 7, Continuing Professional Development (Revised), which has been approved by accounting professional organisations worldwide.
The whole programme focuses on corporate governance, director duties and responsibilities.
Furthermore, this programme provides insight into business judgments and decision-making skills, as well as analytical skills, taxation knowledge, and business ethics.
